Croatian side HNK Hajduk Split have confirmed the signing of former Nigeria U-20 forward Samuel Emem Eduok on a three-year-deal.
Hajduk Split Sports Director Saša Bjelanović spoke about the Nigerian’s arrival to the club.
“Samuel had a great desire since the start of the transfer period and we are happy to have signed him because other clubs were in competition.”
“He is an attacker who will certainly be useful to us and we all expect him to help achieve our goals. We are looking forward to him joining the training and we believe that he will quickly reach the optimum shape and adapt to the game and the demands of our team“the director concluded.
The Itu-born forward also spoke to Hadjuk Split’s club website and expressed his feelings about joining the Bili for the next three seasons.
“I’m happy about the signature; I was informed about the Club, watched over the internet, videos and photos of the fans, so I was very impressed.
“I believe that Hajduk is an excellent choice for me and I will do my best to help achieve the club’s goals Eduok said after signing for the Croatian giants.”
The 25-year-old has had stints with Tunisian giants Esperance, Turkish Super League side Kasimpasa before joining Turkish first league side BB Erzurumspor for the second half of last season. There he scored four goals in 14 games. Eduok will wear the number 11 jersey at his new club.
