Kenneth Omeruo has pulled out of the Super Eagles international friendly match against Ukraine schedules for the 10th of September at the Dnipro Arena stadium, Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine.
The Nigerian player who is currently working on his work permit sees the need for his withdrawal from the international friendly game against Ukraine to focus on playing more for his La Liga club side.
The former Chelsea center-back got signed to Leganes on a permanent contract from Chelsea last month making two league appearances for the Spanish club this season.
Wilfred Ndidi was the first Nigerian player to withdraw from the friendly games due to a minor hamstring injury.
Anderson Esiti from PAOK has been called by Gernot Rohr to replace Ndidi.
The manager has also added a new defender to the team in the person of Bryan Idowu from Locomotiv Moscow.
We await the replacement for Omeruo ahead of the international friendly games.
