Asisat Oshoala made a scoring return for Barcelona in their 5-1 mauling of CE Seagull in the Copa Catalunya match on Thursday.
Earlier in the week, the 25-year-old was subbed off in the final stages of the win against Montpellier with injury but her return means she is in line to feature for the Super Falcons in the doubleheader with Algeria later this month.
The former Arsenal Women forward recovered in time to start the tie and was among the goals in the easy win for her side at the Estadi Municipal Palamós Costa Brava.
The Liga Iberdrola side started on a high as Alexia Putellas set the tone for the rout to come with an early goal in the fifth minute. Aitana Conca scored the second goal for Barca in the 12th minute before Torrejon and Putellas made it 4-0 but Esther Sola pulled one back for the Seagulls as both sides head into the break.
After the restart, the tempo of the game dropped and the only goal of the half came from Oshoala in the 82nd minute to seal the win for the Spanish giants.
The Nigeria international was involved for the entirety of the game and has scored eight goals in five pre-season games for Barcelona.
