Philippe Coutinho could be in line for a possible return to the English Premier League, as Barcelona is ready to listen to offer him to Arsenal or Newcastle united.
The Brazilian spent the 2019/2020 season on loan at FC Bayern Munich, having faced limited playing time with Barcelona within his one and half year stay.
Coutinho Linked up with Barcelona in January 2018 following protracted transfer speculations and was placed with a heavy burden of replacing his compatriot Neymar Jnr at the Camp Nou.

Barcelona is in the hunt for Inter’s Lautaro Martinez and would be able to fund the transfer if they could recoup some of the funds spent on Coutinho in order to balance their books.
Arsenal is seen as a worthy destination as the gunners seek attacking reinforcements while Newcastle united could attract Coutinho if they could land their potential new Mega-rich owners.
