In the ongoing Copa America competition in Sao Paulo, Brazil, two-time defending champions Chile once again showed their superiority and vigor on the field of play as they white-washed Afc guests, Japan 4-0.
The lone goal in the first half of the game was scored by Erick Pulgar who gave a brilliant header that brought about Chile’s lead in the 41st-minute of the encounter.
The second half began with the Chileans piling more pressure on the Japanese and their hard work paid off when Eduardo Vargas scored the second goal in the 54th minute thus giving Chile a comfortable lead. He also scored the fourth goal in the 83rd minute.
To the amazement of everyone, Alexis Sanchez who plays For Manchester United scored the Third goal in the 82nd minute which is his first goal in 5 months after his knee injury showing he still got the the vibes in him.
