We Will Not Beg Bukayo Saka To Play For Nigeria – Amaju Pinnick

President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Amaju Pinnick says the body will not beg anyone including but not limited to Arsenal youngster Bukayo Saka to play for the Nigerian men’s national team.
The versatile player, who is 18 who has been with the North London club since he was seven and has impressed both Nigeria, England and the world at large with his ingenuity on the field of play.
Saka who was promoted to the senior team of Arsenal by disgraced manager Unai Emery has donned on the colours of England at U-16, U-17, U-18 and U-19 levels, although he remains eligible to play for the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Gernot Rohr the Coach of the National Team & Amaju Pinnick president of the Football Federation stated that players must first show interest in playing for Nigeria and the NFF won’t persuade Saka to switch allegiance except after indicating his desire to play for the three-time African kings.
Saka has created 12 goals for the Gunners this season as He tops the assist charts at the Emirates Stadium.
